Istanbul Directorate of the Ministry of Education of the Turkish Republic and TIV (Turkish Hearing Impaired Foundation) are jointly launching sign language training.

As a result of Ministry of Education Istanbul Directorate Deputy Director, Ahmet Koçıbay’s efforts, sign language trainings for teachers will commence in Istanbul, as of April 16 on the European side and April 17 on the Asian side.

TIV with local and international academicians will serve for hearing-impaired children

TIV is bringing together local and international academicians in order for the education of the 0-6 year hearing-impaired children to meet the international standards and to provide equal conditions for hearing-impaired children with children with no hearing disabilities. Academic meetings will kick off on May 7-8 and will continue in the following periods.
